1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the crownph platform, including all games, features, promotions, customer support interactions, and financial transactions conducted through crownph.vip and any associated applications or interfaces.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one crownph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. crownph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crownph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You agree to notify crownph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. crownph will never request your password through any channel.
3.4 All activity conducted through your crownph account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified crownph of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Currency. All transactions on crownph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the player.
4.3 Minimum & Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the crownph cashier page. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at crownph's discretion.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. crownph reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. crownph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. crownph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a player account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 All crownph bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These terms include, without limitation, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limitations, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. crownph bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account balance.
5.3 crownph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has been the subject of a technical error or where crownph determines that a promotion has been exploited in bad faith, crownph reserves the right to void all associated bets and bonuses.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6. Game Rules & Fairness
6.1 All games available on crownph are operated by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. Each provider's individual game rules apply to the games they supply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

- Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification;
- Creating or operating multiple crownph accounts;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks;
- Attempting to launder money or finance any unlawful activity through crownph;
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the crownph platform;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing crownph staff or other players;
- Engaging in any activity that crownph reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the crownph platform, including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of crownph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use crownph solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any crownph content.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 crownph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crownph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 crownph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the crownph platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if crownph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 crownph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Responsible Gaming
10.1 crownph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. crownph enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and provides the following player protection tools within every crownph account:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

11. Account Closure & Termination

Pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method following account verification procedures. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
11.2 crownph-Initiated Termination. crownph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without notice, if crownph determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful conduct; (c) continued operation of the account would expose crownph or third parties to legal, financial, or reputational risk; or (d) required verification documents have not been satisfactorily provided.
11.3 Upon termination for cause, crownph reserves the right to retain any funds in the account to the extent permitted by law, including amounts equivalent to any disputed chargebacks, fraud losses, or bonus abuse calculations.
12. Amendments to These Terms
12.1 crownph may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at crownph.vip/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, crownph will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details.
12.2 If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using crownph and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1. Continued use of crownph after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of crownph that cannot be resolved through crownph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 crownph's internal dispute resolution process requires that you submit a formal complaint to crownph support via live chat or email before initiating any external legal proceeding. crownph will endeavor to resolve formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
